About Pushers

Pushers is an embedded team for fintech and healthcare companies. We run growth, marketing operations, finance operations and AI workflows as one system, instead of hiring a different specialist for each one.

What we do

Pushers runs growth and operations for fintech and healthcare companies through three practices: Growth Lab, the Marketing-Operational System and AI for Real Work. The three cover the same team and the same method, split by what a company needs first: more revenue from the channels it already has, a marketing and finance function that runs without the founders in every meeting, or an AI workflow measured against a real number.

We work with founders, COOs, CMOs and finance leads at fintech companies (payments, lending, neobanks and crypto-adjacent services) and healthcare companies (clinics, digital health, medtech and healthtech SaaS) who have grown past the point where one generalist can run growth and operations alone, and are not ready to build a full executive team for each function.

How an engagement runs
©2026
  1. 01
    First call

A short call to hear where growth, marketing or finance gets stuck, and to confirm the engagement is a fit before any work starts.

  2. 02
    Two-week audit

We interview founders and team leads, map how marketing, finance and decisions move through the company, and show where money and time leak. You get a written report and a 90-day plan, whether or not we work together after that.

  3. 03
    Embed

Our specialists join your tools and meetings and take ownership of the areas the audit found: marketing operations, finance operations or a named AI workflow, depending on what the company needs.

  4. 04
    First month

Research wraps, a strategy is agreed with named priorities and targets for the next 3, 6 and 12 months, and the first test, campaign or process change is already running in your systems.

  5. 05
    Ongoing rhythm

We run the system month to month, report against the KPI tree we built in the audit, and hand over playbooks to your team as each area stabilises.

We do not publish prices. Scope and cost follow from the audit.

How we work

Every practice runs on the same method, whether the work is growth, marketing operations, finance operations or an AI workflow. We turn a plan into a backlog of hypotheses and test each one in a HADI loop: hypothesis, action, data, insight. A loop ends with a decision to scale the idea, fix it or drop it, so a change survives on evidence instead of opinion.

Goals sit in a KPI tree: company goals broken into KPIs, KPIs assigned to a named owner, and a fixed schedule for reviewing them. Marketing, sales and finance report against the same tree instead of keeping three separate numbers for the same thing, and progress shows on one shared dashboard rather than three exports stitched together before a meeting.

As a process stabilises, we write it down. Process maps, role descriptions and playbooks go to your team as they take over each area, so the system keeps running on your own schedule once we step back.

Where we work

Pushers works with fintech and healthcare companies across Europe, the United States, Latin America, the Middle East and Central Asia, and with Russian-speaking teams. Region is a property of each engagement, not a fixed template: the audit adapts to the regulation, payment rails and market of the company we work with, whether that is DORA in the European Union, HIPAA in the United States or data residency rules in the Middle East, without changing the underlying method.

Current engagements run in the UAE, Thailand and Russia, with clients from fintech, healthcare, SaaS and real estate. Part of the team has spent five years on medical marketing, which shapes how the healthcare practice handles patient data and advertising rules. Selected work lists the engagements we can publish, with the numbers the clients approved.

Team

Pushers works as an embedded team of specialists across growth, marketing operations, finance operations and AI workflows, rather than a single named executive covering each function.

Ilia Pushin

Founder, PUSHERS & COO Fintech Service

I run Pushers. I am also COO of a fintech service, ARBI Exchange, a licensed currency exchange and cross-border payments company in Thailand, where since 2021 I have been building ARBI Pay: merchants take payment in rubles or USDT and settle in Thai baht.

Most of my work sits where regulation, product, sales and operations meet. At ARBI that means the KYC and AML process, compliance rules for partners and regulatory research across more than 17 countries. At Pushers it means rebuilding sales, advertising and search for clinics and tech products, and the marketing analysis pipeline we run on AI agents.

I have lived and worked in Russia, Serbia and Southeast Asia, and I am based in Phuket. I work in English and Russian.
