Compliance

Short answer

Compliance, for marketing and operations, is the set of rules from regulations such as HIPAA, GDPR, DORA and PSD2 that decide what a fintech or healthcare company can say, collect and store when it runs campaigns and builds reports. It covers consent and cookie rules, how customer and patient data can be used in targeting, which claims a regulated product can make, and where data has to be stored, a rule that differs across Europe, the Middle East and Central Asia. Marketing and finance teams often meet these rules only after legal flags a campaign, which is late: the fix then costs a rebuilt landing page or a paused channel instead of a different targeting choice made earlier. Pushers builds compliance checks into the campaign process itself: consent flows, data residency by market and the launch checklist a specialist runs before a campaign goes live.

How we approach it

The two-week audit includes a review of where regulation touches marketing and operations: consent flows, data residency and the claims your campaigns and product pages currently make. We flag what needs a legal review before it becomes a launch blocker.

Where we embed, we build compliance checks into the campaign process itself, not as a final sign-off: a checklist a specialist runs before a campaign launches, tied to the regulation that applies in that market, whether that is HIPAA, GDPR, DORA or PSD2.

This runs through the same HADI loop as the rest of our work: a new consent flow or landing page change is tested and measured before it becomes the standard, and the checklist itself is a playbook your team keeps.
