A fintech marketing agency built by people who run a payments company
We build and run client acquisition for fintech and payment companies: channels, the onboarding funnel through KYC, sales handoff and unit economics. Our founder is also COO of a licensed exchange and cross-border payments company, so compliance is part of the plan from the first day.
For financial products where a lead is still a long way from revenue
- Clients sign up and then stall at verification, and marketing does not see that part of the funnel.
- Ad platforms restrict financial services, and campaigns get rejected or paused.
- CAC is known by channel. Payback by channel is not.
- You are entering a new country and need to know the rules before you spend.
Acquisition, onboarding and economics as one funnel
The scope follows the audit. This is what a full engagement covers.
| What we do | What you get |
|---|---|
| Market, competitor and regulatory research for the target country | A go-to-market plan with channels that are allowed for your licence |
| Paid and organic acquisition for B2C or B2B | Campaigns checked every week against cost per active client |
| The onboarding funnel through KYC to the first transaction | A step-by-step drop-off report and a list of fixes in order of value |
| Sales process for merchants and partners | Stages, qualification rules and a pipeline the team updates |
| Unit economics: CAC, LTV, payback by channel and segment | A model finance and marketing both use |
| Reporting and meeting rhythm | One dashboard and a weekly review with named owners |
Audit first, then we embed and run it
- Interviews with the owner and team leads.
- We read the numbers, the tools and the current process.
- We list where money and time are lost.
- A written report.
- A 90-day plan with owners.
- A scope proposal, whether or not we continue.
- Our specialists join your tools and meetings.
- We connect marketing data to transactions.
- Channels start as measured tests.
- A named owner for each process.
- A weekly report on active clients and cost.
- Rules between marketing, sales and compliance.
- Month-to-month operation of the system.
- Budget follows payback, not volume.
- Playbooks are handed over as areas stabilise.
- Process maps and playbooks your team keeps.
- Monthly review with the founders.
- A team that can run without us.
We count to the first transaction, and we check the rules first
Active clients, not sign-ups
A registration that never passes verification is a cost. Channels are compared by clients who transact.
Compliance before creative
We check what the licence, the ad platform and the local regulator allow before a campaign is drawn, so launches do not stall on review.
One model for finance and marketing
CAC, LTV and payback are calculated once, from the same data, and both teams sign off on the method.
Operator experience
We run acquisition, KYC and partner compliance in our own payments business, and we bring the same working documents to clients.
Questions fintech teams ask first
How is this different from a fintech marketing agency?
Most agencies run campaigns and report leads. We also take the onboarding funnel, the sales handoff and the unit economics, because in fintech that is where the acquisition budget is usually lost.
Do you work with B2B fintech and payment providers?
Yes. For B2B we build the merchant and partner pipeline: target segments, outreach, qualification and the handoff to onboarding.
Can you work under our compliance requirements?
Yes. We agree the approval process for creatives and claims during the audit, and your compliance officer keeps the final word.
Which markets do you know?
Our own payments work is in Southeast Asia and with Russian-speaking clients, and we have done regulatory research across more than 17 countries. For a new market we start with research, not with ads.
What does it cost?
We do not publish prices. The audit has a fixed scope, and the cost of the engagement follows from what the audit finds.
