wepushers.com is run by Pushers. If you have a question about this policy or about data we hold on you, use the contact details on this page once they are finalised.

What we collect today

This site is static: it is a set of pages with no database and no login. It does not run analytics, and it does not set cookies. The only information collected today is what any web host records automatically for every visit: standard server access logs, such as your IP address, the page you requested, your browser type, and the time of the request. We keep these logs only for security and troubleshooting. We do not use them to build a profile of visitors, and we do not combine them with any other data.

What we will collect once the contact form and newsletter work

The contact form and the newsletter sign-up on this site are front-end only today. They do not send anything anywhere. Once we connect them, submitting the contact form will send us the name, work email, company and message you type, and the newsletter form will send the email address you enter. We will use this information only to answer your request or to send the newsletter you signed up for. We will not sell it, and we will not share it outside the team that runs this site.

Analytics

We plan to add Google Analytics 4 to see how many people read the site and which pages they use. This site does not run any analytics until that is installed, and even once it is, the analytics script only loads for a visitor after they click "Accept analytics" in the cookie banner described below. If you decline, or if you never see the banner because analytics is not installed yet, no analytics script runs and nothing is measured about your visit beyond the server access logs above.

Cookies

This site does not set any cookies today. Once analytics is installed, one cookie tied to Google Analytics is set, and only for visitors who click "Accept analytics" in the banner at the bottom of the page. Clicking "Reject" keeps that cookie from being set. You can change your choice at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page.

Data retention

Server access logs are kept for a limited time by our hosting provider under their own retention schedule, then deleted. Once the contact form and newsletter are connected, submissions will be kept only for as long as we need them to answer your request, or for as long as you stay subscribed to the newsletter, then deleted.

Your rights under GDPR

If you are in the EU or the UK, data protection law gives you rights over the personal data we hold about you:

• the right to see what data we hold about you
• the right to have inaccurate data corrected
• the right to have your data deleted
• the right to object to how we use your data
• the right to complain to your national data protection authority

International transfers

The infrastructure that hosts this site may be located outside your own country. Where that happens, we rely on the hosting provider's own safeguards for moving data across borders. Once the contact form and analytics are live and we know exactly which providers process personal data, we will name them here.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page whenever what the site actually collects changes, most often when the contact form, the newsletter, or analytics go live. The date at the top of this page always reflects the last change.
