How we run growth and operations

Three practices, one team. We start with an audit, embed in your company and run the system we build together. There is no fixed package: the scope follows what the audit finds.

Practice 01

Growth Lab

We are a growth lab for your business. Growth Lab runs on RoadMap, our own change-management framework: a fixed method for moving a company from where it stands to the plan it agreed on, one tested step at a time. Inside RoadMap, each part of the business works through its own framework. Market and Finance are live below, and we add a new framework each time we take on another part of the business.

Market framework

Market is the framework for growth work: research, strategy and the channels that pay back.

  1. 01Custom market researchWe map customers, competitors and channels for this business, not a template industry report.
  2. 02Express strategyA plan for the next 3, 6 and 12 months, with priorities and a budget attached.
  3. 03Channel tests and scalingWe test channels against the plan, then scale the ones that pay back.

The first two weeks cover the research, the agreed strategy and the first launched campaign.

Finance framework

Finance is the framework for moving money: instruments, cost and the team that runs it.

  1. 01Instruments and routesWe analyse the instruments, regions and routes available for moving capital and payments.
  2. 02Operating modelWe build the operating model, so the cost of one operation and of servicing it is known and the economics can be judged.
  3. 03Structure and teamWe assemble the structure and team for the project, including KYC officers and lawyers.
  4. 04Automated workflowWe run an automated workflow that we implement ourselves.
Practice 02

Marketing-Operational System

We build the system that breaks your goal down into marketing and operational results, then run it with you until those results repeat. Marketing, sales and finance stop arguing about numbers, because the decomposition ties every result back to the same goal.

What we take over

  • Decomposition of your goal into marketing and operational results, each with a named owner.
  • Finance operations for growth: budgets, unit economics, CAC and LTV, payback tracking.
  • Regular management: weekly and monthly reports, meeting rhythm, owners and deadlines.
  • Sales handoff and SLAs between marketing and sales.
  • Process maps, role descriptions and playbooks your team keeps after we leave.
Practice 03

AI for Real Work

We put AI to work inside how your company already runs, not as a side project. Each addition is tested on your data and measured against an operational metric before it becomes part of the system.

What we doMetric we track
Integrating AI tools into the existing stackadoption across the team
Training the team to use them
Writing the new processes and rules that follow
Regular reporting on what changedhours spent on reporting per week
Simplifying heavy proceduressteps removed from the procedure
Tracking and controlling the people doing the worktasks completed against target
Evaluating profit models
Keeping marketing current

Each addition starts as a two-week test on your data with a before and after measurement.
